BankableIQ is a financial intelligence technology platform and readiness advisory network, not a direct lender. The disclosures below explain how funding works through the platform.
- 1
Not a lender
BankableIQ is not a bank or direct lender and does not make credit decisions. Business funding is provided by independent third-party lenders and funding partners. - 2
Business purpose only
Funding products offered through the platform are commercial products for business purposes, not personal, family or household use. - 3
Approval not guaranteed
All funding is subject to each lender's underwriting, verification and approval. Amounts, rates, terms and timing are set by the lender and disclosed by the lender before you accept any offer. - 4
Compensation
BankableIQ and the Capital Connectors, Certified Capital Advisors and partners who refer businesses may receive fees or commissions from funding partners and/or clients when a funding closes. Where a client fee applies, it is disclosed in writing before the client signs. - 5
Advisors are independent
Capital Connectors, Certified Capital Advisors and Bankable OS Partners are independent members, not employees or agents of any lender. Certified Capital Advisor is a BankableIQ program certification, not a government license. - 6
Business Bankable Profile
Our profile and scan services help a business organize its financial and credit position for lenders. BankableIQ does not offer credit repair services and does not promise to remove accurate information from any credit report. - 7
Credit inquiries
Pre-qualification through the platform uses a soft inquiry where available. A lender may perform a hard credit inquiry when you formally apply. - 8
Documents
You agree that information and documents you submit are accurate and complete, and authorize BankableIQ and its funding partners to verify them. - 9
State requirements
Some states require specific commercial financing disclosures. Where they apply, the lender provides them before you sign. - 10
