This Privacy Policy describes what information BankableIQ collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described here.

   What we collect

   Contact details (name, email, phone), business details (business name, revenue, time in business, industry, credit and banking profile information you or your advisor submit), payment information (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers), and usage data (pages visited, device, IP address, cookies).

   How we use it

   To provide the Services, run business scans and capital readiness reports, match businesses with funding partners, process payments and commissions, send account, onboarding and marketing messages, provide support, and improve the platform.

   Sharing

   We share information with funding partners and lenders when a business applies or is submitted for funding, with the advisor or connector who referred the business, with service providers that run our platform (hosting, CRM, email, SMS, payments, analytics) under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

   Text messages

   If you provide your mobile number, you agree to receive account and marketing texts from BankableIQ. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

   Email

   Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

   Cookies and tracking

   We use cookies and similar tools, including affiliate tracking, to keep you signed in, credit referrals and measure performance. You can control cookies in your browser.
